Barre Anomaly Late Cancellation and Refund Policy

Late Cancellation Fee for class: A $10 fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than a 12-hour notice.
Payment of Fees: All late cancellation fees must be paid before booking another class.
Policy Rationale: At Barre Anomaly, we strive to create a positive and inclusive environment for all our members. Our classes are in high demand, and we want to ensure that as many members as possible can attend. Late cancellations can prevent others from booking the class they desire. To encourage responsible booking and courtesy to fellow members, we have established this late cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
How It Works:
1. Cancellation Notice: To avoid the late cancellation fee, you must cancel your class reservation at least 12 hours before the scheduled class start time. Cancellations should be made through our booking platform or by contacting our front desk.
2. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your reservation with less than 12 hours' notice, a $10 late cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
3. Payment: The late cancellation fee must be paid before you can book another class.
4. Exemptions: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. If you have a legitimate reason for the late cancellation, please contact our front desk, and we will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis.
5. No-Show Policy:Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend the class (a "no-show"), you will be charged the same $10 fee. The same payment requirements apply.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and considerate booking process for all our members. Refund Policy: All class, packages, membership, and event sales are final 48 hours after purchase. We do allow class/ticket transfers if all terms and conditions are followed.
