  • What is Barre?
    Barre is a low-impact, full body workout with a fusion of cardio, pilates, and even yoga. At Barre Anomaly, not only will Barre's signature micro movements tone and sculpt your muscles, but they will also help burn fat and strengthen your core.
  • What is the cost?
    Your first class with us is $9 (find under the pricing page). After that, if you purchase one class at a time, it is $17/per Barre class or $19/ per Yoga class. We also offer packages and memberships under our "Pricing" page.
  • Where is Barre Anomaly located and where do I park?
    Barre Anomaly is directly behind The Market off of Huffine. Our studio is inside of Lone Peak Physical Therapy. As you come down the road past The Market, Lone Peak is to your right. Street parking is available as well as a parking lot directly across from the studio. Scroll down to the location section to see 2 videos showing your the entrance options!
  • Can I try Barre if I don't normally work out?
    100% yes! Barre is an excellent place to start as it is low impact and modifications and variations are provided. As your instructor guides the entire work out, they encourage you to listen to your body. This workout is about you and your fitness goals!
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    No, at this time, you must reserve your spot in class at least 2 hours in advance. After that point, the class is automatically pulled from the schedule.
  • Do I need socks?
    Yes, because our studio is carpeted, grip socks are a requirement. We have grip socks for rent for $2 a pair/class or $18-22 to buy a pair of Tavi grip socks.
  • How far in advance do I need to reserve my spot?
    You must reserve your spot 2 hours in advance. The class disappears from the schedule after that point. However, if you still want to see if a spot is available, text us at 406-333-1890 and if a spot is available, we will let you know!
  • What equipment is used?
    We will equip you with a yoga mat, a light set of weights (from 1 to 5 lbs), a resistance band, and a pilates ball.
  • What should I wear?
    We recommend breathable clothing you are comfortable working out in. Leggings, capris or shorts are acceptable in our classes along with a workout top. Grip socks are mandatory. You may not be barefoot or have shoes in class. Keep in mind that our studio is carpeted. We have high quality grip socks for rent for $2/class or for sale between $18-22.
  • When should I arrive?
    Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get checked in and set up with the proper equipment.
  • What should I bring to class?
    Just a water bottle and grip socks! (Rent socks for $2.)
  • Do you charge for cancellations?
    We offer an 8 hour window before class for cancellations. After that point, all class purchases are final and there is a $10 "no show" charge that must be paid before you are able to book your next class.
  • What if I have had a previous injury?
    Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. You should be 100% weight bearing and have returned to a comfortable range of motion before beginning our program. Let your instructor know of any previous injuries so they can offer appropriate modifications. Your instructor is not a physician and cannot diagnose any injuries or medical conditions.
  • What if I am pregnant?
    Congratulations! Because everyone's pregnancy is different, we ask if you are beginning your fitness routine while pregnant to bring a doctor's note in with you that has cleared you to try Barre. Barre is a wonderful option for expecting mothers and your instructor will offer appropriate modifications while providing a great low impact option to add into your fitness routine!
  • What if I am postpartum?
    We ask for you to get clearance from your physician before beginning classes. Everyone's fitness journey is different but you can generally return to exercise within 6-8 weeks postpartum. Your instructor will offer appropriate modifications in your fitness routine.
